Book a delivery or collection How it works 1. Book your service Tell us about your vehicle, the work required and where you’d like the vehicle collected from. 2. We confirm the details Our team will confirm availability, collection arrangements and any applicable charges. 3. We collect your vehicle. A Fleet Services representative will collect your vehicle on the agreed date, at the agreed time. 4. We complete the work. Our technicians will carry out the requested service, MOT, repair or valeting work. If any additional work is identified, we’ll contact you before proceeding. 5. We return your vehicle. Once the work is complete, we’ll arrange to return your vehicle at a convenient time. Service area and availability We offer collection and delivery support for eligible bookings, subject to availability and location. Collection and delivery is available within a 2-mile radius of our workshop (WS2 7PD). The service operates Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 3:30pm. Customers are required to provide at least three working days’ notice when requesting collection and delivery. Availability is subject to scheduling and demand at the time of booking.
